Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Koio gift cards are a great way to treat someone special. You can purchase a digital gift card here, and it’ll be sent straight to your inbox.
How can I redeem my gift card?
Redeeming your Koio gift card is simple! Just enter your unique gift card code in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” section on the right side of the checkout page. If you're shopping in-store, just show the digital gift card to a Koio store associate at
Do you provide gift receipts?
We don’t currently offer gift receipts. However, if you're gifting someone a pair of Koios, they can still return or exchange them—as long as they have your order number, email address, shipping zip code, and name.
