We gladly accept returns of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

For US orders, a $14 shipping and processing fee will apply to all refund requests, plus a 5% restocking fee. These fees are waived if you add Checkout+ ($7.98) at purchase, or if you choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, with or without Checkout+.

Checkout+ covers returns shipping charges, plus protection if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. 

For international orders, a $39 USD return fee will apply and original shipping fees are not refundable. Please note we don't offer exchanges for international orders, so we recommend returning and placing a new order.

All returns must be shipped back with a pre-paid return label provided by Koio in order to be processed. Items must be returned with all original packaging including accessories to qualify for a full refund. Items discounted between 25% and 45% off are eligible for exchange only. These can’t be refunded, but you can swap for a different size or store credit. Final Sale items (50% off or more) can’t be returned or exchanged. Collaboration items are also eligible for exchange or store credit only.
