We gladly accept returns of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

For US orders, a $14 shipping and processing fee will apply to all returns/exchanges. You can waive this fee by opting into Checkout+ for $7.98 at the time of purchase. Opting into Checkout+ provides free returns/exchanges, and also includes order protection to cover your order in the event of a missing, stolen, or damaged package.

For international orders, a $25 USD return fee will apply and original shipping fees are not refundable. Please note we don't offer exchanges for international orders, so we recommend returning and placing a new order.

All returns must be shipped back with a pre-paid return label provided by Koio in order to be processed. Items must be returned with all original packaging including accessories to qualify for a full refund. Items discounted between 25% and 45% off are eligible for exchange only. These can’t be refunded, but you can swap for a different size or store credit. Final Sale items (50% off or more) can’t be returned or exchanged. Collaboration items are also eligible for exchange or store credit only.
