We gladly accept returns of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of shipment. For US returns, there’s a $9.95 return shipping label fee, but we’ll waive it if you choose store credit instead of a refund. Exchanges for US orders are free.

For international orders, a $25 USD return fee will apply and original shipping fees are not refundable. Please note we don't offer exchanges for international orders, so we recommend returning and placing a new order.

All returns must be shipped back with a pre-paid return label provided by Koio in order to be processed. Items must be returned with all original packaging, including dust bags and accessories, to qualify for a full refund. Items marked down 25% or more are eligible for exchange only. These can’t be refunded, but you can swap for a different size or store credit. Final Sale items (50% off or more) can’t be returned or exchanged. Collaboration items are also eligible for exchange or store credit only.
