When will I be refunded?Updated a month ago

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for processing. As soon as it’s complete, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, and send you a confirmation email. 

For orders placed without Checkout+, a $14 fee will apply for all returns/exchanges. Most refunds show up within 24 hours, but some banks take up to 5–10 business days. If you opted for store credit, it will arrive in your inbox as a gift card once the item is in transit back to us. Store credit never expires!
