When will I be refunded?Updated a month ago

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for processing. As soon as it’s complete, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, and send you a confirmation email. 

For orders placed without Checkout+, a $14 fee will apply for all returns/exchanges. Most refunds show up within 24 hours, but some banks take up to 5–10 business days. If you opted for store credit, it will arrive in your inbox as a gift card once the item is in transit back to us. Store credit never expires!
