Can I change my order?

How do I add myself to the waitlist for a sold-out style?

If a waitlist is available for that size, the "Add to Cart" button will change to a "Join the Waitlist" button. After clicking, you'll be prompted to enter your email address and sign up!

How do I know you received my order?

Right after you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from [email protected]. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox, it’s worth checking your spam or promotions folder just in case.

Can I pre-order new styles and colors before they launch?

Sometimes, yes! We offer early access and pre-orders to our email subscribers. Make sure you're signed up if you’d like first dibs on new styles. Got questions? You can always reach out via email or live chat.

Can I pre-order styles that have sold out?

We offer pre-orders on some sold-out styles. Items available for pre-order will show a “Pre-order” button instead of “Add to Cart.” You’ll also see an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Please note that only US customers are able to

We’ll ship your pre-order as soon as it’s ready. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking info. We aim to ship as close to the estimated date as possible, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes along the way.
